The prepared executive design specifies:

 

  • thickness of the supporting layer of the concrete slab,

  • type and class of floor concrete,

  • type and amount of reinforcement,

  • expansion joint spacing, construction details and sections,

  • method of finishing the floor surface,

  • type, parameters and thickness of the foundation,

  • secondary deformation modulus and substructure deformation index.

We prepare technical documentation at various levels of investment advancement. Depending on the client's needs, we are able to prepare:

  • Static calculations of the floor (surface) to demonstrate its appropriate load-bearing capacity.

  • Technical Study - a short description of the construction along with calculations.

  • Detailed Design including technical development and drawing documentation
